These terms are an agreement between you and Priyam Ventures Private Limited (“we”, “us”) about using Bunbly. By using Bunbly you agree to them. Bunbly is available in the United States.
What Bunbly does
Bunbly sends a storyteller (usually your parent or grandparent) one question a week by text message. They answer out loud on a simple web page, and their answers become stories your family can listen to in the app.
Your account
You sign in with Apple. Keep your device secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 18.
Inviting a storyteller
Only invite people you know who would welcome it. A storyteller is sent text messages only after they agree on our invitation page, or by texting JOIN. They can stop at any time by replying STOP. Please don’t enter someone else’s number without their knowledge.
Subscription
- Bunbly costs $99 per year or $12.99 per month, for up to two storytellers (each extra storyteller is $29 per year or $2.99 per month). There is no free trial; you can see how it works on our demo page first. Prices may vary by region and are always shown before you pay.
- It renews at the end of each period unless you cancel in Settings before the renewal date. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also issues receipts and handles refunds under its policies.
- If your subscription ends, your stories stay readable and exportable forever. Only new questions stop.
Who owns the recordings
Storytellers own their recordings and their words. Members own what they write, such as custom questions. You give us a limited license to store, process (including transcribing and suggesting titles and highlights), copy and display that content, only to run Bunbly for you and your family. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies in backups, which expire within 30 days.
We never sell your content, never use it to train AI models, and never create voiceprints or synthetic voices from it.
Sharing
Members can invite family to listen and create share links. Anyone with a share link can listen to the stories it covers until you turn it off, so share thoughtfully.
Be kind
Don’t use Bunbly to harass anyone, to send texts to people who haven’t agreed, to upload content you don’t have the right to share, or to break the law. Don’t try to break or overload Bunbly. We may suspend accounts that do.
Memorial mode
If a storyteller has passed away, members can switch on memorial mode. Texts stop immediately, and the stories stay as they are.
Deleting
You can delete your account in Settings at any time. Storytellers can ask for their recordings to be deleted from any recording page. See our Privacy Policy.
Changes and availability
We’re always improving Bunbly, and features may change. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app first. If we ever have to shut Bunbly down, we’ll give you at least 90 days to export everything.
The legal part
Bunbly is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
